• We have not yet started work on your item.
• Your item cannot be serviced due to water or fire damage.
• You placed an order by mistake.

Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will notify you whether your refund request is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
